Our healing tribe are a diverse group of presenters who will come together over the course of the weekend to deliver some inspirational sessions for the mind body and spirit.

This will be a dynamic area this year, a shared space that will incorporate Health, Community, Spirituality and the Environment. This takes into account our philosophy, that in order to be healthy and happy we need to consider our mind, body, spirit, and the environment, working together to create balance and harmony.

There will be market stalls, offering massage, psychic readers, alternative  and mainstream health information and practitioners, as well as a range of workshops including Yoga, EarthFire Circle, Reiki, and Homeopathy. This is also the place to come to unwind or to take a break, during the festival, with healthy refreshments and to come and enjoy a selection of movies in our Theatre of Well-being.

As well as programmed activities there will also be an extensive blackboard talks and activities in our Tipi village

Visit the Healing Tribe for new ideas and experiences that will help you lead a happier healthier life!

Qigong Workshop
Sally Yasukawa/Doug Sims
One of the broadest principles underlying all systems of philosophy is that they are a description or a map of nature.  They describe how things, including people are, how they are able to be observed and how they fit in the web of life. The Art Of Qi is one such map.

headspace @ coastfest
75% of mental health problems and mental illnesses first occur in young people aged 15 -24 years. Young people need youth-friendly services that recognise and respond to their specific needs.
ycentral is a Central Coast, ‘one stop shop’ that delivers these services where young people 12 - 24 years, can get help for a range of issues such as mental health, general practitioners, drug and alcohol.
headspace Central Coast provides an entry point for Central Coast young people to access a broad range of services which are available in their local community.
Find out more at the headspace @ coastfest tent on Sunday.

13 Moons/Mayan Calendar
Vasumi
13 x 28 = 364 plus one day out of time = 365 days of Earth around the Sun makes more sense than 12 months of 28, 29, 30 or 31 days creating 365 days of Earth around the Sun... Tis a question of beauty, order and harmonics...

Also check the blackboard for times and a special session of local community films by FusionArts
