Four-piece contemporary folk/pop group, with a hint of country here and there. Tales of love, its frustrations, and epic folk legends, be they true, traditional or completely made up!

JDSS have been together for 4 yrs, and have played a number of notable shows since their album release in 2007, including the National Folk Festival, support for Kate Miller-Heiake, and were billed to play at the rained out Peats Ridge Music Festival over New Years.

2008 sees the band traveling interstate to play far and wide to as many audiences as possible, now getting airplay on triple j , so keep an ear out for the sirens call!!
